Somehow we’ve made it almost through winter, and the end of preschool is coming up at lightning speed. Whether you have a toddler at home who will be going to preschool in the fall, or a preschooler who will be moving on to big kid school (or simply the “big kid class” at preschool), this time is just flying by.
The way they hold your hand, the way they look to you for answers, they way they call “mommy” to show you something they discovered – it’s all slowly fading. Having a young child is hard work (the tantrums! the sleepless nights!), but it’s also a beautiful time in your life.
I want to invite you to take a few hours on a weekday morning to be present with your child, run and play, and let me document this special age and the connection between you and your son or daughter. We’ll pick flowers and play tag and you’ll get in lots of hugs and kisses. We’ll document this fleeting part of childhood, their unique personality, and most importantly, we will document your bond. Be honest, when is the last time you were in pictures with your kids? When you are gone and they look for you in pictures, what will they find?
